Eastern stays with your project until it is fully closed-out performing as intended, handing over a functioning turn-key facility and supporting a smooth transition into operations for owners and users. Our post‑construction services focus on facility handover, coordination & operations training, clear documentation, and responsive warranty support.
Commissioning, Training, & Warranty
Throughout the project lifecycle, we coordinate commissioning, testing, and verification of building systems, manage deficiencies, and organize training so owners and operations staff are ready to take over the facility with confidence. We remain closely involved in the early post construction period to answer questions, support warranty obligations, and resolve any emerging issues quickly through a single point of contact who tracks all warranties, manages end of warranty walk throughs with the Owner, and coordinates required corrective work with trade contractors.
Project close out
Eastern will assemble and submit complete close‑out packages, including as‑built drawings, models, operations and maintenance manuals, warranty and guarantee certificates, records of equipment and systems demonstrations, spare parts inventories, and key turnover. As the project comes to a close, we support owners with a detailed and seamless financial close.
