T3 = Timber Talent Technology

Located in the East Bayfront Precinct, Hines describes T3 Bayside Phase 1 as an office with a soul. T3 Bayside aligns with Eastern’s portfolio of brick-and-beam structures integrated with technology, style, amenities, and sustainability. The development serves as yet another example of the expertise developed by Eastern in the construction of sustainable buildings using mass timber.

  • TIMBER—Inspired by industrial buildings, timber construction provides the authentic creative energy while limiting its environmental footprint.
  • TALENT—Market-leading amenities enhance productivity, elevate lifestyles and curate a tenant-driven experience that will allow companies to retain and attract top talent.
  • TECHNOLOGY—Revolutionary technological advancements craft a community for innovation, ensuring employees are functioning at the height of their potential.

Achieving LEED Gold Certification, T3 Bayside measures 254,000 sq ft distributed over 10 floors plus mechanical penthouse. Amenities include rooftop patios with a 360-degree view of the city, double-height amenity office space, and underground parking. Using 100% FSC-certified mass timber sourced from young trees to maintain sustainable forestry practices, the use of wood in the construction of T3 provides three key environmental benefits:

  • T3 stores 3,886 metric tons of carbon dioxide
  • T3 takes the equivalent of 2,708 cars off the road
  • T3 avoids 6,655 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions
