  • The Project Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the project team. Performs such tasks as reviewing and logging shop drawings; implementation and maintenance of change notice procedure and RFI log within project management software. Prepares and maintains accurate procurement schedule with input from Project Manager, Superintendent and subcontractors. Coordinates and keeps minutes of meetings.

    OVERVIEW:

    Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology/Architecture or Construction Management.

    Experience: Minimum 3 years prior coordination experience including knowledge gained in purchasing, finance, estimating engineering and administrative principals.

  • The Project Manager is empowered with decision making authority for all aspects of the project. The Project Manager is accountable to Senior Management for; project performance, including costs, schedule, quality, project status and adherence to company policies and programs; ensures project profitability, schedule adherence, safety and customer satisfaction; provides leadership and direction to other members of the project team, fosters relationships with all project stakeholders to further business development.

    OVERVIEW:

    Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology/Architecture or Construction Management.

    Experience: Minimum 5 years experience and well developed knowledge of the construction process, finance, and management. Knowledge and understanding of Company and industry practices, processes and performance standards.

  • Provides overall supervision, coordination, sequencing and scheduling of construction activities on the project construction site. Completes project requirements as per plans and specifications on time and on budget, in cooperation with the Project Manager. Responsible for the implementation and overall enforcement of health and safety program and quality control processes on site. May supervise, coach and mentor other Superintendents and Engineers and develops positive relationships with all stakeholders.

    OVERVIEW:

    Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology/Architecture or Construction Management, or Trade Designation, Gold Seal or working towards.

    Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent and well developed knowledge of the construction process, finance, and management. Knowledge and understanding of Company and industry practices, processes and performance standards.
