First rate management for teamwork and creative problem-solving.

The Rotman project consisted of a ten-storey reinforced concrete structure with extensive use of glazed curtainwall. The facility boasts significant conference facilities with a 400-seat event space and seven 70-seat theatres. Audio / Visual systems are fully integrated with dimmable lighting system with motion sensors and daylight harvesting. Heat recovery, free cooling, a rainwater cistern all contributed to sustainability. The facility offers 145-offices with an additional 53 study rooms.

The building consists of open study space balanced against acoustically isolated collaboration nodes. Interior finishes included perforated wood panels, finished exposed concrete, and glazed partitions. The project was designed and built to meet LEED Gold standards.
