Converting to a university-grade campus.
Eastern acted as the Construction Manager for Tyndale to convert the facility to a university grade campus.
The scope of work included converting the existing gymnasium to a music and stage theatre, construction of a new library and full size gymnasium, transformation of existing space to new lecture theatres, bookstores, dining facilities, study areas and student residences. All the above involved signi cant mechanical and electrical upgrades to the facility including the addition of a new chiller. Eastern’s team were tactful in coordinating construction activities while school remained in session with virtually no disruption to the campus residences.
