University of Toronto Mississauga Deerfield Hall

An integrated design-build delivery model.
The Deerfield Hall project was ‘Phase A’ of the North Building reconstruction at University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) and consisted of a 112,000 sq ft academic building using an integrated design-build delivery model.
The scope of work included demolition, connection, new construction, site work, site services connections, landscaping and paving. Deerfield Hall is attached to a fully functioning academic building and is located in the centre of the University of Toronto Mississauga Campus. The project was designed and built to achieve a minimum of LEED Silver Certification.
