Toronto Police Service 14 Division

Toronto Police Service 14 Division is located at 11 St. Annes Road, a vibrant, urban site that presented the team with a number of logistical challenges.
The neighbourhood “interest” and close proximity of private residences was major concerns throughout the project. Tight site restrictions made this project unique. The scope of work included demolition of an existing structure, two-storeys with half basement, and construction of the new police station with two levels of underground parking, detention area, office space as well as installation of a full caisson wall and 750 KW generator. 14 Division was certified LEED Silver and included a geothermal system and green roofs.
