OCAD University Creative City Campus

BIM SCOPE:
Level of Detail has been set at 500. As this is a redevelopment project nestled within the existing buildings of the OCAD Campus and AGO, the model will be fed with laser scanning data, especially important for M/E coordination.

OVERVIEW:
A multi-phased project that includes heritage conservation of existing facilities along with major renovations comprised of a vertical expansion of 100 McCaul in downtown Toronto and numerous renovations and alternations to the existing OCAD University facilities to modernize operations. Currently the project team is collaborating with neighbouring properties to explore the unique opportunities associated with the redevelopment of OCAD University and the best methods to expand the limits of the campus.
