St. Regis Hotel Lobby & Restaurant Renovations
A reimagined and rebranded upgrade to the St. Regis experience.
InnVest Hotels purchased the hotel portion of the former Trump Tower in June 2017 and shifted hotel management to Marriott International, operating the facility unbranded as the Adelaide Hotel Toronto. The hotel underwent a comprehensive renovation by Eastern Construction and launched under Marriott’s St. Regis Hotels & Resorts brand as The St. Regis Toronto in November 2018. Work undertaken by Eastern included rejuvenation of the porte-cochère and lobby as well as renovations to the 31st floor including the Back of the House.
The lobby renovation equally included a series of visible and invisible improvements, both on the interior and exterior of the building. Most notably, the lobby was refreshed to align with the vision of the St. Regis brand and received new millwork and redesigned ceiling along with the introduction of a café. Exterior changes to the property included improvements to the porte-cochère.
The restaurant and bar on the 31st floor were reimagined and rebranded. Numerous Back of House improvements were executed to align hotel operations with St. Regis expectations.
