The company offers expertise in three key areas: adaptive re-use of heritage structures, high-performance sustainable buildings, and tall wood structures. Automated construction management process are enabled by tools such as Building Information Modelling (BIM). Through this experience, Eastern Construction has developed the skills, techniques, methods, and expertise that spans all contract models with a particular emphasis on collaborative project delivery methods such as Construction Management, Design-Build, and Guaranteed Maximum Price.

The corporate Health & Safety program of Eastern Construction has been formally audited, reviewed, and COR certified by Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA). By possessing COR, clients can be assured the Health & Safety program at Eastern Construction has been externally validated and complies with national standards. Similarly, Eastern’s safety metrics have been recognized by our industry peers, receiving the OGCA Zero Injury Frequency Award; we are currently working towards 2,000,000 hours without a lost-time injury.
