Project Details

Eastern Construction completed this 360,000 sq. ft. $62 million expansion of Rogers One Mount Pleasant building (OMP) in 2003. This involved adding an eleven-storey and a twelve-storey addition to both the North and South ends of Rogers existing OMP building. This expansion was completed while the existing OMP building remained in full operation. Eastern had originally built the OMP building for Confederation Life as their Canadian Headquarters. When Rogers purchased this project in the mid 90's along with Confederation Life's original building at 333 Bloor St., Eastern completed substantial renovations and upgrades to these buildings to meet Rogers’ tenancy and occupancy requirements.
