Project Details

The North Toronto Station is a historic building consisting of a 130-foot clock tower and a 40-foot high Great Hall. This project involved the renovation and addition of retail space, and exterior & interior restoration of the historic train station. Eastern Construction completed the fit-out of a 35,000 sq. ft. retail space that serves as the flagship store and the largest LCBO in North America. The scope of work includes three separate additions, new entrances, loading facilities and added parking. Full restoration of the building was completed with a new operation clock in the tower.
