Project Details

This state-of-the art project consists of a 180,000 sq. ft. expansion to the existing Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, located on St. George Street. The project includes one basement level, nine levels above grade and the retrofit of an existing heritage structure at 97 St. George Street. It comprises of a poured concrete and steel frame structure, and curtain wall exterior cladding with some masonry elements. The basement level is primarily classroom/lecture space, with podium to 4th floor spaces being semi-public in nature.  They surround an interior atrium incorporating a feature staircase. The fifth floor and above is primarily office space. This project was built to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
