Mentorship Program

Eastern Construction’s goal has always been to build leadership talent from within the organization by developing our employee’s to their highest potential. Mentoring is a big part of this initiative.

In Eastern’s Mentorship Program, protégés are paired with senior leaders who act as mentors for a formal 18 month mentoring partnership.

This program helps our employees generate the most from their on the job experience, enabling them to reach career goals sooner.
